30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most heavy machinery and industrial electrical components.
Item Condition
Equipment must be returned in its original, unused condition with all factory seals, manuals, and protective packaging intact.
Fast Processing
Once our engineers inspect the returned equipment, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Support
Reach out to our dedicated support team via the Support Page or call your assigned account manager. Provide your Order ID and the reason for the return.
Receive RMA Number
If your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for heavy freight.
Freight Pickup
Securely pack the equipment on its original pallet. Our logistics partner will coordinate a freight pickup from your industrial site or warehouse.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-engineered or fabricated machinery.
- Equipment that has been powered on, installed, or modified.
- Special order industrial electrical components.
- Clearance or liquidation items.
Please note that all returns of heavy machinery are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover rigorous recalibration and testing before the equipment can be restocked. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
